Each round starts with the dealer distributing two cards face-up to both the Player position and the Banker position. Bets must be placed before cards are dealt.

  • If either hand totals 8 or 9 (a "natural"), no further cards are drawn and the higher hand wins.
  • If neither hand is a natural, the third-card rules determine whether additional cards are drawn.
